As you can see from the length of his tenure on our Board of
Directors, Mr. Gast cares for the community and enjoys being a part
of the positive changes ICS brings to our many clients. He stands
by the mission of the agency, and has a strong desire to see
families move towards self sufficiency. Mr. Gast is also able
to offer insight from a legal perspective to the many programs
offered by ICS.

Ms. Runge has a strong financial background and brings accounting
and business counseling experience to the Board. Her
financial leadership and insight are invaluable both to the board
and the many programs at ICS.

Occupation: Director, Navigator Planning Group
Mr. Wouters currently runs his own business as a certified
financial planner after retiring from the education field. He
has assisted adults with the pursuit of educational and career
goals when they were unable to follow the traditional education
path. His understanding of people who have had to adapt to
difficult circumstances in their lives, which have impacted their
employment and education, drives his desire to serve our
clients. His strong business sense also guides our Board to
make the best strategic planning decisions for our programs.

Occupation: Owner and Nurse Practitioner, Integrative
& Functional Medicine
Ms. Green has a passion and long history of assisting
individuals to live healthier lives. She is able to offer
insight that will help clients move toward Self-Sufficiency.
Additionally her solid administrative and municipal policy
expertise will help lead ICS and its programs in providing services
that enhance and enrich the lives of our community

Occupation: CPA, Senior Manager, Baker Tilly
Mr. Dilling is committed to community service and is invested in
helping community members gain a better quality of life through ICS
programs and services. His public accounting experience
provides the financial background needed to support ICS staff and
leaders with daily operations as well as with the long term
interest of the organization.

Occupation: Clinical Psychologist with Prevea Behavioral
As a licensed psychologist through the State of Wisconsin, Mrs.
Olbinski is passionate about helping community members work toward
self-improvement. She is able to provide guidance to ICS'
Family Self Sufficiency Program as well as staff and leaders of
development through her expert experience and knowledge.
