Strikes for Hope

At ICS, we pride ourselves on being a "Ladder of Hope" to the community we serve.  We help instill hope in our clients to climb the ladder one step at a time to self sufficiency.  This is a powerful initiative and is intended to change the pathway for themselves and their family by breaking the cycle of dependency and building their self-esteem.

With our annual Strikes For Hope bowling event, our goal is to raise funds to provide the tools, materials, and support these individuals and families need to reach the top step, which is a lifetime of self-sufficiency. Funds from the 2019 fundraiser have been used to provide GED testing certificates, assistance to veterans, food donations to the community, college scholarships, Thanksgiving meals, new homeowner "Welcome Home" baskets, emergency client assistance, and so much more.

There are a variety of ways you can be involved in this event.  You can:

1) Register a team to bowl

2) Donate to our silent auction or bucket raffle

3) Make a donation to the Ladder of Hope Foundation

4) (Not a fan of bowling?) Attend the event and participate in the bucket raffle and silent auction

5) Bring a donation of non-perishable food items or hygene items
