ICS Ladder of Hope and AK Crust announce Kandis Smith as the winner of the 2022 Fall Semester Scholarship
Sponsored by AK Crust, ICS has annually offered a $2000 scholarship for a student attending college to obtain an Associates or Bachelors degree. Again this year, we received a number of applications from praiseworthy students. The scholarship application review committee felt that Kandis’s application, essay, and overall commitment to bettering herself and her community was particularly deserving of this award.
